The Tote-All is a carrying system designed for third-world countries. It facilitates the mounting process of a load by having a frame for the load which can be easily slipped onto a wearable harness. Tote-All is constructed from PVC pipe which is relatively inexpensive, and easy to manipulate and customize to different requirements.
